30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Just reach out to us and we’ll guide you through the process.
What Can Be Returned
To qualify for a return, items must be:
· Unused and in original condition
· In original packaging
· Free from wear, damage, or odors
· Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Email us at 3ckincop@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once approved, we’ll send you:
· Your RMA number
· The return address
· Simple instructions for sending your item back
Returns must be shipped within 7 days of RMA approval.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

EU Customers
If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must still be unused and in original condition.
