Shipping policy

Order Processing Times

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing typically takes:

·        1–3 business days for standard orders

·        3–5 business days during peak seasons or high-volume periods

Processing time is separate from shipping time. If delays occur, we will notify you by email when possible.

Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped:

·        Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

·        Expedited Shipping (if available): 5–10 business days

·        International Shipping: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs, or global supply chain disruptions.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

·        A tracking number

·        A tracking link

·        Carrier information

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. 3CK is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. 3CK is not responsible for:

·        Packages marked delivered but not received

·        Packages stolen after delivery

·        Packages lost due to incorrect addresses

Customers must contact the carrier directly for these issues.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are the customer's responsibility. Customs delays are outside our control.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we may not be able to modify or cancel it. Contact us immediately at 3ckincop@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed.

Shipping Restrictions

We may restrict shipping to certain regions due to carrier limitations, legal restrictions, high fraud risk, or unreliable delivery networks. If we cannot ship to your location, we will notify you and issue a refund.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on inventory availability and fulfillment logistics. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

2.      2. Contact us within 72 hours of delivery

We will evaluate the issue and assist with a resolution.
